Shipping and Returns

We accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express,  and PayPal. 

For all International orders, we accept payment via PayPal. Please contact us directly with your order so we can ensure it is handled properly. 

We ship as quickly as we can, but we kindly ask that you add 1 to 2 days for processing to all quoted shipping times at checkout.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns/refunds unless the item is unused and in its original packaging. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our end. Possible returns can only be done within the first 10 days of receiving the product. This is only valid for online orders. In-person, or stockist orders are final. If you need to return or exchange an item, please  

 contact us and we can give you further details. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within a certain amount of days.
